Contact enquiries
Our contact form asks for your name, organisation, email address, enquiry type and message. A phone number is optional. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work or services you have asked about.
The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to the Hydra team. Your message is not published on this website. Please do not include confidential incident records, information about identifiable victims, or other sensitive case material in a website enquiry. We can discuss an appropriate way to share any necessary material separately.

Booking a call
Our booking links open Calendly, where you choose a time and provide booking details. Calendly handles that booking on its website. Read Calendly’s privacy notice before making a booking.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It helps us understand which pages people use, how visitors find us and whether the website leads to enquiries. Google receives technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and interactions with the site.
We record a successful contact-form submission as an enquiry event and a click on the Calendly link as a booking-link event. We do not send the contents of your contact form to Google Analytics. A booking-link click does not tell us whether you completed a booking.
Analytics cookies named _ga and _ga_… distinguish visits. We configure these cookies for up to 180 days. Advertising consent remains off. We remove query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer supplied by our tracking code.
You can decline analytics and still use all website services. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops further Analytics collection and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected by Google.
We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage for 180 days. If you clear that storage or use another browser, we will ask again. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about how Google processes data.
Hosting and other services
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Requests to the site may be processed for delivery, security and reliability. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. External websites and embedded media have their own privacy arrangements.

Contact hydrasupport@10kv.com to ask about the information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please tell us which enquiry or booking your request relates to without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
